CARACONESSA - DOC MELISSA - Red
The red Caraconessa, whose name comes from the ground hosting the company, is produced with native grapes of red grape varieties of our area "DOC MELISSA". In particular, the Gaglioppo 80% and 20% Greco Nero. Ruby red in colour, smooth flavor and tannins in the right place.

SOIL: rich of minerals
HEIGHT: 100 meters above the sea level
VINEYARD: raised in cord with 3/4 spurs per vine.
CLIMATE: very cold during the night and very hot during the day with a swing temperature that can reach 20 degrees.
HARVEST: handmade and during the morning, when it’s ready to be harvested around the 3rd week of september.
FERMENTATION: in steel and at a controlled temperature, maceration from 7 to 10 days
AGING: in steel until may and then in bottle for at least 30 days
ALCOHOL LEVEL: 13% in vol.
EURIA - IGT Calabria - White
The White EURIA, whose name derives from the ancient name of Umbriatico, is produced with the use of native varieties of white grapes of our area, "the DOC MELISSA" made of 80% of Greco bianco grapes and 20% of Malvasia, Moscato and Zibibbo, this wine has a smooth taste but intense, with a fruity aroma that inebriates the senses

FERMENTATION: in steel and at a controlled temperature
AGING: in steel until the end of march and then in bottle for at least 30 days.
ALCOHOL LEVEL: 11,5% in vol.
MILÒ - IGT Calabria - Red
The Red MILÒ, produced with 40% of Gaglioppo, expertly mixed with the Greco Bianco, Cabernet and Nero D'Avola, is the result of a long maceration leading to a deep red very tannic and palatable wine. The name comes from one of the districts of Umbriatico, dedicated to MILONE the athlete from Crotone, that some historians indicate as the place of his birth.

The Rosé ROMIDO - dedicated to my adored children Rosanna, Michela and Domenico - is produced by mixing the Gaglioppo, Greco Nero, Cabernet and Nero D'Avola, made only from the must to guarantee a wine with crystal clear colour.
